Chelsea's Birthday Cake was hmm.. kind of a letdown :/ there wasn't enough banana taste! >:(
i'll upload the pictures soon. the pink candles were cute but evil -.- they didn't want to light up! okay anyway.

TEACHER's DAY IS COMING.
im gonna bake muffins i think. :0 if not im just gonna get some flowers and a card. this and next week is so HECTIC. okay. I'll think about it. Any ideas?

Black Sesame!

Pana Cotta! cute brown spot xD

ClarBerr saves the day with... PUDDING!!! don't they look yummy already? (: at least they're edible! I made the Sesame and Pana Cotta flavour ones. I didn't want to get them stuck in those evil glass cups so i used my sister's souffle cups (: yum!

Notice the brown spots on the Pana Cotta puddings? They are the brown stuff u find at the top. To tell the truth, i don't even know if i made it properly :x The instructions were in Japanese >< So i just mixed the sugar together with warm water :s ah well. we'll see when its done.

Im still wondering if i should take them out and place them on plates or to eat them just like that. I'll do both xD I'll post the photos later!

haha! my sis was so sad her dangos didn't work out! D: i made her do the Japanese manga pose xD

:/ they became mua-chee. Soft and sticky.

My dango! :D guess what? its not cooked xD this was before we tried to steam the dangos. They still looked good and even edible. But after they were steamed.. *ahem*. yep.

We (my sis & i) were very excited after making the dough for the dangos. Pink green and white. Each has their own flavour. Pink is for Sakura i think, White is plain, Green is Macha. The store bought ones were really good with red bean fillings in them. Sadly ours didn't even turn out okay ):. The dough even tasted weird and powdery.

My sis was really sad cause she wasted her money on it. Oh well, theres always next time! Ganbattene! ;3

I don't think i will sell my cookies to you guys, it's so paiseh for me! D: but if you insist, ;D hahas. Anyway pudding making is prolly postponed to today! (: Making Panna Cotta & Sesame Pudding ;D Hope the Panna Cotta turns out fine!

For those who want to know how to make them, just buy the packet mix from the market ;) they're really really easy to make. Just make sure you have enough milk! *moo*

ah. school's here so not much baking for me D: oh well baking season will come when the holidays do! (:

EOY are coming soon so much cramming to do. Besides that i've continued my drawings! I am also trying to compose my own piece of music but i doubt it will work D: i'm not that music-ish (jianhan help! D:) but no harm trying right? xD

I'm studying for geog test next tues. It's on everything we have learnt!): And tmr's common recess day/Assembly. How boring is that :/ okay then, i shall post my drawings up here when im done ;D

COOKIES! :D or rather Chocolate Snaps! They weren't snappy enough though. I made it just today for my Dad. He hasn't tried it though. Mum said they were nice! To here it from her especially since its Chocolate Flavour means its gooood! :D

Anyway its really cool cause after refrigerating it the "dough" becomes like mousse texture it look edible right away! I'm certainly gonna bake more of these! :D

doesn't it just look DELICIOUS! this black sesame pudding is the LOVE!
Its so soft and like melts in your mouth :D (it broke when it got out of the jar =.=)
And the best part is, its so easy to make! I bought the powder from the supermarket and i think it was around 3 dollars or less? It can make 4 of these sizes too! Its really worth it (: All you have to do is mix it together with 400ml of milk in a pot over medium heat.
I shall try Panna-Cotta next! ^^

Ultimate Banana Loafcake!
Crispy on the outside, yet soft inside! Just the right amount of Bananas too! (:
Don't worry if the cake looks burnt. Its just the sugar i used :D
Though it was not as soft as the one my sis made, its still yummy! :D

I made it for my mum and woots! she liked it! it took alot of time though, 1 hour for baking. It gives of a nice smell too.

I'll probably bake it another time since its so yummy!
